2014 minimum benefits for Partnership in CT, IN, and NY

Connecticut:
The minimum daily benefit levels allowable will increase
to $235 for nursing home care (up for $224 in 2013) and
$117.50 for home health care (up from $112 in 2013).

Indiana:
The state announced there will not be a change to the
minimum benefit amount for 2014. The nursing home
daily benefit will remain at $115 for 2013 (the monthly
benefit equivalent will remain at $3,565).
The Annual State-Set Minimum Threshold (ie. policy
limit) to qualify for Total Asset protection will increase:
$305,603 (up from $291,050 for policies issued in 2013).

New York:
The minimum daily benefit levels allowable will increase
to $274 for nursing home care (up from $266 in 2013)
and $137 for home health care (up from $133 in 2013).
The minimum monthly benefit amount in 2014 will be:
$8,494 (31 x $274).
